Dear Sir, This is to that the meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on November 14, 2018 to approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2018. Further, pursuant to Regulation 30 read with schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the Listing Regulations, 2015) we are hereby pleased to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 14th November, 2018, inter-alia, considered and approved the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2018 and the said results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee. Please find attached herewith the copy of the Un-Audited Financial Results and Limited Review Report thereon for the Quarter and Half year ended 30th September, 2018 for your reference and record. Kindly acknowledge the receipt and take note of the same.
