SWASTIK SAFE DEPOSIT has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the 1st Quarter and 3 month ended 30th June, 2018. Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall also remain closed from Saturday, the 4th August, 2018 up to and including Sunday, the 12th August, 2018 (both days inclusive) i.e. 48 hours from the date of meeting in which the results are communicated to the Stock Exchange.
