T D POWER SYSTEMS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 22/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In terms of Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2019, to consider inter alia, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019 and consider dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2019. The Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from April 05, 2019 to May 24, 2019 (Both days inclusive).
