Pursuant to Reg. 30 read with Schedule Ill Part A Para A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose the following statements for the quarter ended 30th June 2018, which were approved and taken on record at the meeting of the Board of directors held today, the 23rd August 2018: a) Statement of Standalone Unaudited Financial Results prepared as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the quarter ended 30th June 2018 including recast unaudited Ind AS compliant financial results for the corresponding quarter ended 30th June 2017. b) Limited Review Reports for the quarter ended 30th June 2018. As per the Notification of Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) dated 30th March 2016, the prescribed NBFCs shall comply with Ind AS for accounting period beginning on or after 1st April 2018. Accordingly, the aforesaid financial statements have been prepared in compliance with Ind AS. The meeting commenced at 4.00 p.m. and concluded at 6.10 p.m.
