TATA METALIKS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/04/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019. Further, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall be closed from the date of this intimation and shall re-open 48 hours after the said financial results become generally available i.e. after disclosure to the Stock Exchanges.
