TATA METALIKS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 15/04/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is further to our letter dated April 3, 2019. We wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to consider and take on record, inter-alia, the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019 has been re-scheduled and will now be held on Monday, April 15, 2019, instead of Friday, April 12, 2019 scheduled earlier. Further, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company continues to be closed and shall re-open 48 hours after the said financial results become generally available i.e. after disclosure to the Stock Exchanges.
