Further this is also to inform you that in terms of the code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in the Securities of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Securities And Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the closure of Trading Window commences immediately and end 48 hours after the results are made public on 3rd August, 2018 for Promoters / Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company (the concerned persons).
