In terms of Regulation 33 (3) (b) (i) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company hereby intimate that it shall also submit & publish quarterly/year-to-date Consolidated Financial Results for the financial year 2018-19 and this option will not be changed during the financial year. Further, the Company will publish Consolidated Financial Results with requisite information of Standalone Financials in terms of Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. You are requested to take the note of above information in your record.
