May 15, 2019, have approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2019. Please find enclosed the following: 1. Audited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2019 and Standalone Statement of Assets and Liabilities as at March 31, 2019; 2. Audited Consolidated Financial Results together with Consolidated Segment-wise reporting for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2019 and Consolidated Statement of Assets and Liabilities as at March 31, 2019; and 3. Audit Reports on the said Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2019 issued by the Statutory Auditors, M/s. D T S & Associates.
