Thursday, February 07, 2019, have approved the Un-Audited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2018. Accordingly, we are submitting herewith the Un-Audited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results of the Company along with the Limited Review Report issued by our Statutory Auditors for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2018. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 4.30 p.m. and concluded at 6.00 p.m. We request you to kindly take the same on record and acknowledge the receipt of the same.
