Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we are enclosing herewith the Audited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company together with the Statutory Auditors Report (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the fourth quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2019, as approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today, the 22nd May, 2019, along with a declaration on unmodified opinion on financial results.
