We wish to inform you that TIL Limited (the Company) is seeking exemption from submission of quarterly and year-to-date consolidated financial results for every quarter except the last quarter of the financial year 2018-19 to the Stock Exchanges in respect of its wholly owned Foreign Subsidiary i.e. TIL Overseas Pte. Ltd., Singapore which is not a material Subsidiary of the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33(3)(b)(i) of Securities & Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, have passed a resolution to this effect at its meeting held on 18th May, 2018. An extract of the Resolution passed by the Board of Directors together with the covering letter of the Company is attached herewith for your kind perusal and records.
