We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has, in its Meeting held on October 31, 2018, approved and took on record the unaudited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2018. Copies of the same alongwith the Limited Review Reports submitted by M/s. M. M. Parikh & Co., Statutory Auditors of the Company are enclosed herewith pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Please take note that the Meeting commenced at 05.15 p.m. and concluded at 07.30 p.m.
