Sub: Furnishing un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2018 along with Limited Review Report pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the Press Release. We are enclosing herewith the un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2018, pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, duly approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today. We also enclosed, herewith a copy of the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company, pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Company has also attached Press Release along with the Financial Results. The Board Meeting started on Monday, 13th August, 2018 at 3.00 p.m. and ended at 5.15 p.m. on the same day.
