We wish to bring to your notice that the Annual General Meeting of the Company was held on Thursday, 9th August, 2018. The e-voting platform provided by NSDL was kept open from 6th August 2018 to 8th August, 2018. The consolidated results of remote e-voting and the ballot process are to be released today, i.e., 10th August, 2018. We understand that there are some hitches in the NDSL e-voting platform, due to which the votes cast through remote e-voting could not be unlocked and verified. Consequently, the Scrutiniser is not in a position to submit his report and the Company is not able to announce the results today as announced in the annual general meeting. The filing of voting results as per regulation 44 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, will be done by the Company immediately upon the setting rights of NSDL platform and data being made available to the Scrutiniser to give his report.
