Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), we have to inform you that the Board at its Meeting held today i.e. 10th May 2019, which commenced at 3.30 P.M. and concluded at 5.30 P.M., inter alia, considered and approved Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March 2019. 2. In this connection, we enclose herewith the following: (i) Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March 2019 (audited); and (ii) Auditors Report on the Audited Financial Results. 3. The Report of Auditors is with unmodified opinion with respect to the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2019.
