Sub:Outcome of the Board Meeting held on February 6, 2019 - Financial Results for the quarter and nine months period ended December 31, 2018. In terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations) and other applicable provisions, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 6, 2019 has inter alia, considered and approved the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company prepared in accordance with the IND-AS for the quarter and nine months period ended December 31, 2018 and took note of the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company on the said financial results. The said Board Meeting commenced at 2:30 p.m. and concluded at 4.05 p.m. In view of the above, we enclosed herewith: a.a copy of the said financial results; b.a copy of the said limited review report; c.a press release on the said financial results.
