Dear Sir, With reference to filing of the result of e-voting and poll of Annual General Meeting of our company held on 10th August 2018. Due to web failure of NSDL we are not in a position to receive the data regarding e-voting closed on 09 August 2018. we have been informed by the NSDL that it may take some mote time to set right the issue and to send the data regarding e-voting done in respect of our company. Although we are ready with poll result we can not conclude the AGM minutes till we receive e-voting data from NSDL. Under these circumstances our filing of results of AGM will delay beyond 48 hours hue to circumstances beyond our controls. We will submit the result e-voting and poll with the AGM minutes as soon as we receive the data from NSDL.
