Scrip Code: 506685 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of our Company at their meeting held today has considered and approved inter alia: i) Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st March, 2019. ii) Recommended a final dividend of 225% (Rs.4.50 /- per share) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2019, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing annual general meeting.
