Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors in their Meeting held on 14th February, 2018, considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended on 31st December, 2017, along with Limited Review Report received from Statutory Auditors of the Company, M/s. Amin Parikh & Co. Chartered Accountants, Vadodara, which are attached herewith. The time of commencement of Board Meeting was 3:00 pm and the time of conclusion was 5.45 pm.
