This is further to our letter dated 24th January, 2018 intimating the date of Board meeting for consideration inter-alia the Unaudited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter ended 31st December, 2017. Pursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we are enclosing a statement of Unaudited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter ended 31st December, 2017 duly reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 8th February, 2018 along with the Limited Review Report for the 3rd quarter ended 31st December, 2017 of the Statutory Auditors M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, Chartered Accountants. A copy of Press Release is also enclosed. The Board meeting was concluded at 4.45 p.m. Kindly take the same on record.
