This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 6th February, 2018, interalia, has approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2017 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith the statement in the prescribed format showing the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2017 alongwith the Limited Review Report of the statutory auditors thereof. The aforesaid meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 11.45 A.M. and concluded at 1.35 P.M.
