In compliance of the following Regulations of the SEBI (Listing and Disclosure Requirments) Regulation 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 7th February, 2018, taken on record the Followings: 1.Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months period ended 31st December, 2017 pursuant to Regulation 33 (3) (a); 2.Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the third quarter and nine months period 31st December, 2017 pursuant to Regulation 33(2)(C); 3.Results Press Release of the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months period 31st December, 2017 pursuant to Regulation 47 (1) (b) read with Regulation 47 (3).
