In terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held today i.e. on Friday, February 02, 2018 inter alia considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2017 along with Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon. Further, in terms of Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, please find enclose herewith Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2017 alongwith Limited Review Report thereon issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The Board Meeting commenced at 4.00 p.m. and concluded at 8.15 p.m.
