The Board of Directors of the Company at the meeting held today, considered and taken on record the un-audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter and six months ended September 30, 2018 (UFR). The Limited Review Report (LRR) thereon received from Statutory Auditors of the Company was placed at the said Meeting. UFR along with the LRR and a Press Release in the respect of this UFR are being uploaded on to your websites along with this letter.
