We would like to inform you that the details of reconciliation of Equity as at March 31, 2017 between numbers previously reported (referred to as Previous GAAP) and Ind AS are inadvertently missed from the audited financial results reported to the stock exchanges and the same are attached as Annexure to this letter. We regret for the inconvenient caused to all stakeholders of the Company.
