ln continuation of our letter dated August 3, 2018 this is to inform that the Resolution Professional has on August 13, 2018 considered and approved the un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2018. The Resolution Professional approved the financial results on August 13, 2018 at 9.00 pm. This may be treated as communication under Regulation 30 and any other applicable provisions, if any, of the SEBI (Listing Obllgatlons and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
