The Board of Directors (Board) of the Company met today, the 12th November 2018 to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company (both standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2018. A copy of the unaudited financial results in the prescribed format, reviewed by the Audit Committee on 12th November 2018 and approved & taken on record by the Board at its meeting held today along with the limited review report of the Statutory Auditors is enclosed herewith. Also please find enclosed a copy of the press release issued by the Company in this regard. 2.The meeting of the Board of Directors in Johor Bahru, Malaysia commenced at 03:00 PM (Malaysian Local Time) & concluded at 09.00 PM (Malaysian Local Time) ( Meeting started at 12.30 AM - IST and concluded at 06:30 PM - IST).
