Vakrangee Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 10, 2018, inter alia, to transact the following business: 1. To consider and approve Un-audited (Standalone & Consolidated) Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30,2018(Q1). 2. To recommend final Dividend for the financial year 2017-18; if any. Further, in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibitions of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, trading window for trading in Companys securities shall remain closed with immediate effect and shall open 48 hours after the results are made public.
