1.Mr. Tarun Dutta, presently Sr. President Projects has been elevated to the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) w.e.f. 30.07.2019 2.Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their adjourned meeting held on 30th July, 2019 and have inter alia considered, approved/taken on record the following: a.The Audited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019. b.Independent Auditors Report on the Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019. 3.In terms SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/56/2016 dated May 27, 2016 attached is the Statement on impact of Audit Qualification (for Audit Report with modified opinion) on the said Financial Statements.
