Veto Switchgears And Cables Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 22/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter/Year ended March 31st, 2019. Further, as per Code of Conduct for trading by Insiders, under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the company will be closed from May 10th, 2019 till May 24th, 2019 (Both days inclusive) i.e. after forty eight hours of the meeting.
