This is to inform you that the 7th meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC) of Viceroy Hotels Limited (under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process) (the Company) was held on Thursday, 30 August, 2018 at Plot No. 20, Sector - I, Survey No. 64, 4th Floor, HUDA Techno Enclave, Hyderabad - 500 081, Telangana, India. The e-voting on the resolutions put to vote at the 7th meeting of the CoC of the Company commenced at 3 September, 2018, at 02:00 p.m. and concluded on 4 September, 2018, at 02:00 p.m. In this regard, please find enclosed the following outcome of E-Voting: 1. The time for submission of Resolution Plans extended from 30.08.2018 to 14.09.2018. 2. The Honorable National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench (NCLT) extended the CIRP by another 90 days from 08/09/2018. This is for your information and records.
