This is to inform you that the Fifth meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC) of Viceroy Hotels Limited (under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process) (the Company) was held on Monday, 16 July, 2018 at Plot No. 20, Sector - I, Survey No. 64, 4th Floor, HUDA Techno Enclave, Hyderabad - 500 081, Telangana, India. The e-voting on the resolutions put to vote at the fifth meeting of the CoC of the Company commenced at 19 July, 2018, at 02:00 p.m. and concluded on 20 July, 2018, at 02:00 p.m. In this regard, please find enclosed the following outcome of E-Voting: The time for submission of Resolution Plans extended up to 14/08/2018.
