VIDEOCON INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve In terms of Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2018 will be considered by Mr. Anuj Jain, Resolution Professional of the Company and, consequently, disseminated on Monday, 13th August, 2018. Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (the Code), pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015; the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company would remain closed for the Insiders covered under the Code from Tuesday, 7th August, 2018 till the end of 48 hours after the results are made public on Monday, 13th August, 2018, for the purpose of consideration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company.
