VIDHI DYESTUFFS MANUFACTURING LTD-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve In terms of Reg.29 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company will be held on Friday, August 10, 2018 at 11.30 a.m. at the Registered Office of the Company to inter-alia transact the following business: 1.To consider and approve, the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2018 as prescribed under Reg.33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 as amended form time to time. 2.To consider the Limited Review Report for the first quarter ended June 30, 2018. 3.To consider and approve the draft Directors Report and Corporate Governance Report for the financial year 2017-18. 4.To fix the date of the Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2017-18 and to consider and approve the draft Notice of the 25th Annual General Meeting of the Company. 5.To consider any other business with the permission of Chair.
