VIVIMED LABS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve With reference to the captioned subject, this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, August 13, 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30/06/2018 and other items if any. In view of this, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and Companys Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from August 01, 2018 to August 13, 2018 (both days inclusive) and shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours after the public announcement of unaudited financial results is made.
