The audited results of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2019 shall be submitted within 60 days of the closure of financial year. Accordingly the unaudited results for the quarter ended 31st March, 2019 shall not be intimated. Intimation regarding the Board Meeting for taking on record the audited results shall be given sepertaely.
