Compliance under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 - Proceedings and details of the Voting Results of the Postal Ballot and E-Voting in respect of Postal Ballot conducted As per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), the Company has provided the facility of remoter e-voting to the shareholders to enable them to cast their vote electronically on the resolutions proposed in the Postal Ballot Notice dt. 30th November, 2018. Please find attached herewith voting results of Postal Ballot and E-voting in respect of Resolution passed through Postal Ballot Notice dt. 30.11.2018 and results announced by the Chairman of the Company on 08th January, 2019. Scrutinizer Report dt. 08th January, 2019 for the postal ballot is enclosed herewith.
