Outcome of Board Meeting held on 10th August, 2018 Unaudited financial Results for the First Quarter ended on June 30, 2018 1.Approved, unaudited standalone Financial Results for the 1st Quarter ended on 30th June, 2018. 2. Mr. Parvez M. Master (DIN No. 00024845) Independent Non Executive Director of the Company has resigned as Director of the Company from this Board Meeting i.e. 10.08.2018 due to his preoccupation. Board appretiated his cooperation and support extended to the Board during his tenure as Director of the Company. Accordingly, we are enclosing herewith the following: (a)A copy of the Unaudited Standalone Financial statement of the Company for the 1st Quarter ended on 30th June, 2018. (b) Limited Review Report on Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter ended on 30th June, 2018, issued by Statutory Auditors M/s. M.M. Parikh & Co.
