WINDSOR MACHINES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 04/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2018. Further, we would like to inform you that, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct, the Trading Window shall be closed from July 27, 2018 to August 6, 2018 (Both days inclusive).
