The Board has approved the Audited Consolidated Annual Accounts for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2018, the report of the Board of Directors and Auditors Report thereon; Please find enclosed herewith the Audited Consolidated Financial Result for the year ended 31st March, 2018, Audit Report and Declaration for Audit Report with unmodified opinion and for your perusal.
