AP Paper Mills gets new MD

Andhra Pradesh Paper Mills Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) that Mr Rampraveen Swaminathan has assumed charge as Managing Director and CEO of the Company on March 2. Consequently, Mr Paul Brown, Chairman and CEO has been re-designated as Executive Chairman of the Company with immediate effect. These changes are a follow-up on the announcement of the constitution of a new company Board and change of directorate.
