Ashok Leyland’s commercial vehicle sales (excluding Dost) dipped nine per cent in August to 6,597 units from the same period last year.
Total sales in August, including Dost, rose 30 per cent to 9,432 units. The company sold 2,835 units of the light commercial vehicle Dost last month. Last year in August, Ashok Leyland had begun the rollout of Dost.
