Ashok Leyland has posted a 9 per cent increase in sales for October 2011 at 6,252 units, over the same period last year. Domestic sales grew 23 per cent to 5,834 units. While exports have been on the rise for many months now, October has been an exception with export sales dipping 48 per cent to 570 units.
