AstraZeneca Pharma India on Friday reported net loss of Rs 8.14 crore for the first quarter ended June 30.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 16.74 crore during the same period of previous fiscal.
Net sales of the company declined to Rs 91.26 crore during the reported quarter, as compared to Rs 137.48 crore during the same period of 2011—12 fiscal, AstraZeneca Pharma said in a BSE filing.
Shares of AstraZeneca today closed at Rs 1,626.55 on the BSE, up 0.17 per cent from their previous close.
