The board of directors of Knight Frank (India) has appointed Shishir Baijal as Chairman of the company with effect from October 9, 2013.
His new designation will be Chairman and Managing Director, Knight Frank (India) Private Ltd.
Alistair Elliott, Senior Partner and Group Chairman, Knight Frank said, “We intensified our focus on the Indian subcontinent with Shishir Baijal’s appointment as MD & Country Head last November. Appointing him as Chairman will have a positive impact on our long-term plans for continued profitable growth, greater productivity, and geographic expansion.”
