Motorcycle sales of Bajaj Auto rose 3% year-on-year during November, with 2.7 lakh units sold in comparison to 2.62 lakh units in the same month last year.
The Pune-based company’s exports, however, were down by 17 per cent to 1.37 lakh units versus 1.67 lakh units in November 2014.
On the commercial vehicles front too, Bajaj Auto’s November numbers dipped by 18 per cent to 38,787 units from 47,311 units in the same month of 2014 and includes 66 units of the Qute, the four-wheeler it has recently begun to export.
