Public sector heavy equipment manufacturer BEML has cut down its loss to Rs 25.84 profits for first quarter (Q1) of the financial year 2013-14 as against a loss Rs 39.44 crore in the same period last year (2012-13). The company’s revenues for Q1 grew 41.12 per cent to Rs 597.53 crore as against Rs 423.39 crore in the same period last year. Earning per share is Rs 6.20, against Rs 9.47 last year.
