BEML Limited has commenced celebration of ‘Swachh Bharat Pakhwada’ on May 1 at its headquarters and at divisions.
The Swachh Bharat Pakhwada (Fortnight) will be celebrated from May 1- 15 across the company to comply with the policies of the Government.
In BEML, P Dwarakanath, Chairman and Managing Director, alongwith D K Hota, Director -HR and B R Viswanatha, Director - Mining & Construction, administered the pledge of Swachh Bharat amongst Executives and Employees of the Company and later lead all for a cleaning drive of the company’s premises. Besides, saplings were also distribution to employees and executives to promote greenery.
BEML has chalked out various intensive cleaning programmes in and around the Company premises for implementation during the fortnight.
