Berger Paints India Ltd has deployed Microsoft Dynamics CRM (customer relationship management) solution.
In a release, the company said that it wants to get insights and improve efficiency in operations.
Mr Abhijit Roy, Director and Chief Operations Officer, Berger Paints, said: “The ability to bring together information from all systems and familiarity of interface for the users that Microsoft Dynamics CRM provides, helps us meet our business requirements and maximise productivity and efficiency.’’
